Funding Opportunities

Lindner Honors-PLUS

The Lindner Honors-PLUS program educates future business professionals. The program attracts a diverse class of Cincinnati's best and brightest high school leaders. Honors-PLUS scholars are asked to give back to the College and are introduced to public service and volunteerism. All Honors-PLUS students receive merit scholarships to cover all in-state academic and general fees renewable for 12 quarters.

Center for Entrepreneurship Education and Research

The Center's research focuses on understanding the entrepreneurial career choice, inclinations to launch new ventures and practical suggestions to enhance survivability once a venture is launched. The Center reaches into the community with a field case study program, day-long seminars for high school students, competitions and entrepreneur organizations.

Fund Information Technology (FIT)

The College of Business has made strong progress in both distance learning and Internet-centered education. Lindner Hall is home to a new distance education classroom, allowing the College to conduct classes in multiple locations simultaneously via the Internet. The College needs ongoing funds to support this initiative.

Economics Center for Education and Research

The Economics Center for Education and Research is committed to improving the economic future of Cincinnati's children by teaching low- and moderate-income school-aged children the necessary skills to build successful lives. The center will soon be expanding the program, partnering with 42 more Cincinnati schools to extend the proven, creative economics program to reach even more at-risk students. This exposure to a reality-based economics education program will inspire students to prepare for better jobs, resulting in a more vibrant Greater Cincinnati.
