McMicken College of Arts & Sciences
The University of Cincinnati’s McMicken College of Arts & Sciences (A&S) offers 36 undergraduate degree programs, 28 masters degree programs and 17 doctoral degree programs through the College's 27 departments and centers. A number of minors and certificate programs are also available to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students across the University.
McMicken's Challenges
The increasing demand for many of the College’s programs has spurred enrollment growth, driving the need to maintain and expand programs, laboratories and research facilities. Additionally, there is a great need for undergraduate scholarship and graduate fellowship funding. These funds will support outstanding students, reduce the financial burden of increasing tuition and allow them more time to focus on academic study and research.
Generous gifts continue to make several initiatives possible; however, the students still need your help. The success of the college's initiatives reflects the loyalty and enthusiastic support of alumni and donors.

Faculty Support
Endowed chairs, professorships and faculty research funds enable the College to strengthen its academic enterprise and support the core of instruction demanded by growing enrollment across the University.
Programmatic Support
Financial support for a variety of departmental programs will enhance student learning and research in the classroom and laboratory, and through experiential opportunities in the field.
Facilities and Equipment
State-of-the-art laboratories, equipment and modern classroom technology support student achievement and the success of faculty and student research.
